Push notifications should be working as expected in the latest release. From within the Android application please try disabling and re-enabling push notifications, this will hopefully correct the issue for you.

According to a quick internet search this camera supports ONVIF, is it showing up in the auto-detect list at all? Note that some cameras require explicit enabling of ONVIF ...

As a followup to this post, this particular camera did not allow access when a username/password was provided for the direct stream. Removing these fields allowed the camera to connect.
