Re: Will Sighthound support Arlo HD cameras?

Unfortunately Arlo cameras are set up to work within a Netgear ecosystem rather than providing a camera with full user access so there is not a publicly available stream that Sighthound Video would be able to record from. In the specific case of Arlo SV would be unable to record even if this wasn't ...

Re: Support for configurable URL for e.g. for Axis cameras

Hi Stefan, If there is a particular URL you would like to connect to you can absolutely do this today. Simply select the manual configuration option and you can enter any URL you'd like. I will also note that most Axis cameras support ONVIF, though you need to explicitly enable this on the camera an...

Re: iPhone app waiting time

Thanks for the feedback. I imagine that would be possible, I'll pass this along to engineering for consideration in future updates.

Re: Add Blue Iris as a supported camera

What format are the exported video streams? I'd expect both those streams and those from any of your cameras to work with Sighthound Video.

If you're having connection issues with any video stream let us know the types and formats and we'll be glad to investigate any bugs that may be occurring.

Re: Continuous playback (incl footage between clips)

Thanks for the feature request. To view an uninterupted stream of all video from a given camera a workaround would be to create a rule for that camera that is never triggered (object in tiny region for > 30 seconds). Selecting that camera and rule would leave a continuous feed of all video saved on ...

Re: Any way to access a video stream (RTSP) *from* sighthoun

There isn't an officially supported way to do this at the moment but we'll certainly note the request.

Re: New User Setup

Our experience with mac minis has been good, and that is certainly enough horsepower to cover three cameras. We have not used those camera models and so cannot provide specific feedback there. My general recommendation for cameras is to reviews on amazon or other, particularly the negatives, and see...

Re: multiple export clips?

Sorry you're encountering this issue. We've only heard about this sort of issue from one other user in https://www.sighthound.com/forums/topic12664 but have been unable to reproduce until a few days ago. Unfortunately what we were finally able to reproduce does not occur reliably, though will hopefu...
