Re: Memory leak

There are no known memory leaks at this time. Is this something that recently started occurring, or has it always been true? What are the specs on your system? Please file a bug report by going to the "Help" menu and then choosing "Report a problem". Doing this soon after you've ...

Re: Windows 7 Crashes

Hi jkbrand, There are currently no known crashing issues. You can file a bug report from within the app - Go to the "Help" menu and select "Report a problem". This will send us some application logs that can help us track down the problem (It's most useful if you do this shortly ...

Re: False alarms and lack of develoment

Hi Barto, I'm sorry you're having detection trouble. Several of our help pages have suggestions on how to achieve the best recognition, such as http://www.vitamindinc.com/support/ref_guide_tips_18.html. Re: Mountain lion problems

Hi Fiona,

It's possible we may be able to add "power assertions" to VDV to help with this. In the meantime a workaround is to go to System Preferences -> Energy Saver, click the "Power Adapter" tab and set "Computer sleep" to "Never". Thanks for the post!

Re: Recording stutters

Hi rolling, "ma ogni volta che la imposto la registrazione va a scatti"/"but every time that the registration is required shots", I'm afraid I don't understand this translation. I assume you are having stuttering or slowness when running at the higher resolution? If that is so yo...

Re: VDV Beta versions

Hi jasong127, Please make a new post in the Troubleshooting forum rather than replying to this thread about the beta and I'd be happy to help. Please let me know what camera/settings you're using, as well as clarifying what you mean by 'scrambled'. And did this start when you activated your paid ver...

Re: VDV Beta versions

Hi armyturtle, Sorry for the post approval process. We started getting hit with a massive influx of spam a month ago, much to my and other users dismay. The easiest way to stem this was to force moderator approval of at least one post. Once you've had one post approved, all future posts automaticall...

Re: File Names

Hi commd, It does contain time and date info but I wouldn't recommend using it. These files aren't meant to be interacted with by the user. If you manually export files, or use the ftp rule to move them somewhere the clips will be fully formed rather than across files and will have a human readable ...
