Sighthound Video should work with any camera which exposes a video stream, something true of most IP cameras. Another user reported using this camera in Sighthound Video in this post: topic12190

Axis cameras are very expensive compared to others if you're just checking spec bullet points, but they are very high quality, stable, and I've never heard a single complaint about their cameras - I can't say the same for any other brand. Hikvisions do generally seem to be good hardware for the cost...
