Re: Adding Lorex LNB8111 4K

Hello tcesario,

This camera claims to be ONVIF compliant, though you stated you only see the UPnP option. If you log on to the camera's configuration web page are you able to enable ONVIF? Some cameras have this off by default or require you set a new user with ONVIF enabled.

Re: Can disable or edit default look for filters?

Hello u8915055, Sighthound only keeps one set of video, regardless of how many filters and rules exist for your camera so you do not need to worry about extra files being created for each filter and rule. There is no way to delete the default filters, though these do not take up any extra storage sp...

Re: Failure to recognize events

Hello All, Thank you for your feedback on the latest update. We are constantly working to improve our algorithms. Tests on our database of videos and most feedback from users show that 4.X is at worst similar to and often better than 3.X. Work has also not stopped on the algorithms in Sighthound Vid...

Hello badgerarc, I'm sorry to hear you're seeing this problem in the beta. That should show...

Re: Upgraded to 4.0 - Clips no longer play in browser

This option worked for most users we've talked to: Yes, it was/is a codec issue. If you install the standard version of this (see attached as well): http://shark007.net/forum/Thread-Setup-and-usage And configure the 32-bit H.264 (or just pick set all to shark whatever) your win7 browser will operate...
