'Unable to load clip' on iOS

Hi

Whenever I get an alert form Sightsound, I try and view the alert on my iPhone or iPad using your app. On both it never ever works and just says 'Unable to load clip'. If I navigate to the clips section I can scroll through the dozens of videos and find the one that has matched the rule and view it. It is only if I use the Alerts section does it not work.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles viewing alerts. Are you running the latest versions of Sighthound Video and the Sighthound Video mobile app?

If you could send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem I'd be happy to scan your logs for anything unusual. Be sure to include a link to this post so we know it is you.

Sightsound Video Version 3.0.2
iOS version: 9.2.1 (Build 13D15)
Iphone 8,1

There is no Help>Report a Problem on my IPhone app. I only have the following menu items: Cameras, Clips, Alerts, Settings

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this as well. Please send us a bug report from Sighthound Video by going to Help > Report a Problem. Also please include a description of the rule types you are using for alerts, as well as a link to this forum post.
