Re: Annoying web interface bug

Hi camera_kat, The screenshot of your rule shows that you are currently exporting clips to a local folder and do not have the save response selected (mark this clip to be saved on my computer). The Export feature is meant to be used when you wish to save clips outside of Sighthounds file management ...

Re: Annoying web interface bug

Hi camera_kat, those videos no longer show on the web interface, but are still in the folder that the rule directed they be saved to. I'm unsure what folder you are referring to as Sighthound does not organize video by rule in the data directory and video in the data directory does not correlate 1:1...

Re: sighthound improvements

Hi camera_kat,

The rule setting is called "inside my region" in the "That are:" box. This will ignore everything outside of your region for the selected rule.

Re: Looking for Sighthound on Linux NVR

Hi This_on_Linux_NVR, Thanks for your message. We currently do not have plans to run on Linux NVR though we may consider it for the future. When you purchase a Sighthound Video license it is valid for life on all platforms that Sighthound runs on. Currently if you bought a license you can run it on ...

Re: Writing to SSD or SATA

Hi flynreelow, Depending on the what kind of SSD you have and how much video you are recording daily, you may want to consider using a SATA if you are concerned with the lifespan of your SSD. Modern SSD's can write a fairly large amount of data in their life, though if you have a large camera setup ...

Re: Windows 7 Program Quits when I log off

Hi jpborjas, Running as a service is a feature we would like to add though we do not have a release date at the moment. Most remote desktop applications allow you to disconnect from the computer without logging the user out. For example, I've used Teamviewer and realVNC on a Windows 7 machine and wa...

Re: Android App is not working on Lollipop (5.0.1)

Hi A,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. This is the first we have heard of such a bug and we will investigate it.

Are you able to view clips if you connect to the web server using a browser on your Android device?

Regards,
