Hi Baked Bean, I'm sorry you're having trouble. If a re-install didn't help it is possible that something has gone wrong in your data directory. Could you try renaming this folder, and then running the app? You can find this directory at: Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Vitamin D Video

Great! Sounds like they might have tested with VDV already so that's a good sign. Let me know how the cameras work and I'll be happy to add these to the preconfigured setup list in a future version.

That is definitely a likely explanation as VDV would continue trying to connect to upload clips as they occurred, and periodically retrying to upload existing clips that couldn't be sent when they were originally triggered.
