Re: 400 {"error":"ERROR_MEDIA_DATA"...........

Hi gadu, To perform a recognition request it is the same but with a path that looks like "/v1/recognition?groupId=XXXXX" rather than the "/v1/detections?type=face" you are using now. If you are attempting to do facial recognition against our celebrity data set you can use "/...

Re: Timestamp option in Version 4.0?

Hi Semper, Just to clarify, you don't see the link in the image or on the actual website. If the former, it may be showing only a preview and you'd need to click into or save the image. If you don't see the link on the actual website, what browser are you using? Do you have any plugins/extensions in...

I've attached a screenshot highlighting the previous version link. If this link isn't present for you please try temporarily disabling any browser extensions or using a different browser and let us know - we're not aware of any incompatibilities but we'll fix any that may exist.

Re: Cannot reconfigure cameras after changing admin password

Hi Peter, Do your cameras show up in the auto-detection list? If they support ONVIF which it appears they do that would certainly be the easiest as settings would be able to be dynamically retrieved from the camera. If not, it does appear that the stream path you've found, h264Preview_01_main, is co...

Re: How to access an unsupported camera

The FI9821P should work with either the "FI9821W" setting or the "Foscam (other MJPEG - type B)" settings. The first uses rtsp and h264, the second uses http and mjpeg. For the h264 setting if you've changed the port from the default of 88 for rtsp streaming you'll need to update...

Re: Speed!

Hi Terry, We've got a lot of changes in testing at the moment that make live stream connections quite speedy so you'll hopefully have a better experience for that in your hands before too long. Events - We store video as a (conceptually) continual feed. Clip segmentation as it appears in the UI depe...
