Re: Recording shows no movement

I posted in reply to your previous post about frozen timestamps here: http://www.sighthound.com/forums/topic11499 Can you elaborate on what is occurring? Where are you trying to watch the video? It sounds like you may be trying to play clips outside of the app, and that perhaps your video player doe...

Re: Previous versions

Hiya, I never implied that your screen resolution was a bug. I'm sorry if it was taken that way. I inquired about what trouble you were seeing and asked about your screen resolution to help determine what exactly was occurring. What is clear to one person might not make sense to someone else trying ...

Re: Timestamp problems

Can you elaborate on your problem? The timestamps are embedded in the video themselves when they are created, and it sounds like everything is working correctly for you in Sighthound Video. Are you trying to view files from another application? Note that I would not advise interacting with Sighthoun...

Re: green and yellow markers

You may be able to access the general remote access web pages from your phone, but we don't have any native Blackberry support at this time.

Re: Which motion detection?

I'm certainly biased toward Sighthound Video. If you're happy with the functionality that came with your cameras you can certainly use that, but I would imagine that after living with Sighthound Video for a few days or weeks you'll find it to be a much better experience.

Re: Remote Access Problem

We've identified (and believe we've fixed) an issue affecting remote access for some OSX 10.7 users. We will have an available build for affected users soon, and would be happy to extend your trial as necessary.

Re: Previous versions

Hi, I'm not sure what bug you're encountering? What resolution is your monitor? Aspect ratio must be maintained for the video, and black bars will be added on the side where the playback area is larger than can be used, as it would with a widescreen video on a standard tv or monitor. It sounds like ...

Re: Potential Customer - Cats triggering recording

Hiya, Glad to hear you're enjoying the app. Assuming that the lighting in the scene is sufficient and the contrast on the cameras is not completely out of balance, you might try positioning the camera at a slightly different angle (though I'm not sure if this is possible with your cameras or scene)....
