License Move

I wish to move the Basic Sighthound install from one pc to another.
The license was purchased via credit card by a member of staff not myself. I have attempted to register their name and email address on the license utility but they have no record of receiving the activation email (not in spam/deleted or other folders) and "password lost/reset" link just tells them to refer to the activation email.

This software is the only thing holding up reuse of the hardware please advise how to get the license moved in this case.
