Re: I made a program to remind you that VDV is not running.

Looks pretty neat for a a first project! Thanks for sharing. If you'd like to try interacting with some of VDV's functionality just drop me a private message or email ryan@ and I'm happy to point you to some API functionality to play around with.

Re: ScreenLogger

Parts of this message don't make complete sense to me, but for whatever it is worth this is the response I got back after the first correspondent spoke to some of the engineers: Dear Ryan, This must be temporary problem. Antilogger allows this file automatically. Please ask your customer to open Ant...

Re: beta version

Hi Valush, Installing the same version of the application without uninstalling the prior fixed your problem? Let me know if it stops working again. Reinstalling the same bits in place would have done a few things - fix the .exe if some portion of it had somehow been corrupted, and also possible be r...

Re: Anyone have AvertX cameras working?

Thanks! Just to clarify, I'm guessing that you used the /h264 path? I'll add this as the default in the next release.

Re: VDV and ROKU 2

It may be possible to write a remote viewer application for these, but the main Vitamin D Video app itself would still need to run on a regular computer. Neither of these devices allow you to have full running apps, nor do they have nearly enough processing power for VDV even if they did allow it.

Hi Valush, For details on understanding how rules work, and debugging them if things appear to be off please see: http://vitamindvideo.com/support/ref_guide_rules.html http://vitamindvideo.com/support/ref_guide_tips_20.html If your daughter was no longer detected or applicable to the rule, that spec...

Re: Moving event videos only.

Hi Valush,

If you don't want to see rectangles on playback in the app you can disable these in the "View" menu, simply uncheck the "Show boxes around objects" item.

Re: ScreenLogger

Hi valush, We definitely do not capture your screen at any time. Have you seen this message only once, or does it always occur when performing a certain action or moving to a certain view? Vitamin D Video obviously does lots of video and image manipulation - I have no idea how your Zemana applicatio...

Re: Recording of sound??

Hi armyturtle, I'd like to first say that to the best of my recollection I've only deleted "double posts" where it is clear a user didn't intend to make the same post twice, and once for inappropriateness. I would never remove a post because it was asking for a feature. I just searched thr...
