Hi guys,
I installed the beta version and I was under impression that some errors that I have under Windows 8 Pro with Media Center is solved..
Until today. The application simple doesn't start...I have the message " just a moment..." and nothing..
First time I thought is something accidental, but after re-starting my PC the application still doesn't run it...
I downloaded the last version 1.4.2. build 6168 and finally the application is open....
Please advise what's happen or why. As I said, I never had these issues under Windows XP.

Installing the same version of the application without uninstalling the prior fixed your problem? Let me know if it stops working again. Reinstalling the same bits in place would have done a few things - fix the .exe if some portion of it had somehow been corrupted, and also possible be represented as a new application in antivirus/firewall/security software, if they had started blocking part of VDV's functionality. As with some of the other issues you've submitted over the past few days it really looks to me as if some other application installed on your system is interfering with VDV.
