Re: Rain triggering motion

Hey Semper, It can't distinguish the movement from the rain or any other natural events from actual triggers. Seems like you have the right idea in general though - switching the alerts to be more specific. Instead of any object, you can just do people. And instead of anywhere, you can do crossing a...

Re: Rain triggering motion

Hello, Unfortunately, there is not much we can do here. Visionary AI needs to get a lot better before it can detect movement that is not caused by nature which is a long way away from that. Right now any movement will trigger an alert which in this case is a false alarm. This is something that we ar...

Re: Echo Support

Hello, Well Sighthound can work with most cameras that follow the IP camera protocol. If echo supports that, then you should be able to try to connect to it using the internal IP of that camera. Please let us know if you are able to connect it. I'm not able to find too much information about its set...

Re: Remote Access camera order ver Grid

Hey Steve, I have already brought this to the attention of our engineers. This is something that we would consider adding. However, there is no timeline that I can give to you as for the implementation of this features. We do apologize for any inconveniences. Please let us know if you have any other...

Re: Remote Access camera order ver Grid

Hello, Unfortunately, there is no way to move cameras around in grid view on remote access as of now. An easy workaround for this is adding a_, b_, c_, etc to the beginning of the camera names. I know this isn't ideal, however, you can keep your camera names and have a way to order the videos. Would...

Re: IFTTT to make sighthound behave differently when home/aw

Hello, Unfortunately, due to security reasons you can only use Sighthound as the trigger. We actually thought about implementing something like this when we set the channel up and, after much discussion, we just didn't think it would work. As of right now, your best bet is to either turn all cameras...
