Re: False "people" detection caused by headlights

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We are aware that nighttime detections can be a bit of a struggle. However, if you are not wanting to detect the vehicles, you can exclude them by giving the rule a bounding box. If you want to keep the day time vehicle detections, you can create a new rule and hav...

Re: Home Mode

Hello,

These are very interesting points. I'll pass it over to our Product Manager since he will have the final say as to what features we are looking to add. Again, thank you for your feedback. We welcome any and all suggestions.

Re: Rule Editor Thief

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I understand where you are getting at. This would need a complete backend re-code since the Sighthound Video actually uses other methods to detect objects that wouldn't work with this. However, if the car moves even after being parked for hours, Sighthound Video w...

Re: How Do I Turn Off "Overlay Bounding Boxes on Clips"?

Hello,

Where are you seeing the bouncing boxes? In remote access or in Search View? With what you did, that should have stopped the bounding boxes in remote access. I will be standing by for your reply, thank you!

Re: How Do I Turn Off "Overlay Bounding Boxes on Clips"?

Hello,

Can you please try changing the "Clip Video Quality" to something other than Normal? Once you do that, it should make that box editable. Please let us know if that doesn't work or if you have any other questions or concerns, thank you!
