Hi Ed0909, I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles connecting with our mobile app. Do you have the OSX Firewall enabled on your Mac? You will need to disable the firewall to use remote access. Re: false positives on shadows

Hi Jeremyclark, If you only want to only capture people on your driveway you can set the "Look for:" option to "People". This would eliminate the false "object" detections (the green boxes shown in your screenshot). Disregard this post if you intend to have this rule tr...

Re: false positives on shadows

Hi jeremyclark, Have you tried adjusting your cameras brightness and contrast settings? You may be able to eliminate the false detections by increasing the brightness (it seems that the shaded areas in your screenshots are very dark). Using the "Crossing a boundary" option may work best fo...

Re: VStarCam T7837WIP-AR

Hi raymond,

I did a little research on this camera and I believe the "Foscam (other MJPEG - type A)" setting should work. If that does not work please try the other Foscam presets.

Re: A "time frame" to save to a certain folder

Hi saintjohnny, You can duplicate the rule you currently have and set the new rule to only export to your google drive folder between 8 and 4. For example: Rule A would save clips 24 hours everyday as usual and Rule B would not save clips, but only export to your local folder between 8 and 4. For de...

Re: Acti D32 camera, cannot get it to work

Hi barrypilger,

You should use the http port (80) with the stream path Ryan provided. You do not need to open a port on your router unless you are connecting to this camera from outside your network.
