Sighthound Video should work with any camera that publicly exposes a video stream. You can try configuring your cameras in the free version of the application to verify that any potential URLs work.

Do you know what URLs you are currently using to access the cameras in other software?

It seems then thats something is blocking incoming traffic to the machine, likely some sort of security or firewall application.
