Re: Multiple login definitions in iOS app

Thanks for the request. Better support for logins, in conjunction with making the mobile app easier to set up and use in general are both on our wish list of items to add in a future release.

Hi pmienes, There are a few issues at the moment with the way that Safari attempts to retrieve and parse video streams. We'll see what we can do on our side to address these in the future but for now we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or IE 11. I'll make sure we add a note about this to the remote access...

I was able to make this happen by wrapping your script in the following python script import os os.system(r'start C:\path\to\respo...

The FTP configuration only needs to be done once for a rule. Once you have configured the FTP response for that rule, all clips matching that rule from that point forward will be uploaded to the FTP server. Once you have enabled a response for a rule, it will automatically trigger for every matching...

Re: "Run the Command"

Hi mrmisi, I don't have a windows machine to test this on at the moment, but you may try removing the "echo" statements. In the current implementation, to prevent broken or never ending commands from holding open file descriptors, stdin/stdout/stderr are closed so programs which require th...

Re: Video from RTSP camera gets corrupted

Hi Scuzy, Assuming that your camera supports TCP you can attempt to force a tcp connection by appending "svforcetcp" to the query string of the URL. If your url had no query string (anything with a "?" character), simply append "?svforcetcp". path/to/video would become ...
