I have 4 full license installs, at different locations, of Sighhound Pro and we are not receiving push alerts at any of them. Can you please check if the Push server is down. Emails are arriving ok.

Not sure if this helps but if you have changed your iPhone/ipad and restored from an encrypted backup the sighthound ioS app stops sending push alerts.all you have to do is delete and re-install and the push alerts start working again.

any update on this feature. you said you would include. there is a bug in foscams R2 that go off-line and can still show a ping and I have been caught out with this a few times with a "cannot connect" in the sighthound camera window.
