Re: Notifications are down again.

Hello,

We would like to investigate this a bit further. Can you please click Help > Report a Problem from within Sighthound Video? This will send us your logs which will help with diagnosing this issue. We will be standing by for that report, thank you!

Re: Doorbird IP Doorbell Camera...

Hey Peter,

It does look like that camera does support RTSP and Onvif which is what Sighthound would need. If you do end up purchasing this camera, please don't hesitate to contact support if you need help setting it up within Sighthound Video.

Re: Why didn't sighthound detect this stag?

Do you get a lot of missed detections in this camera or is this a one time occurrence? We should also be release Sighthound Video 6.0 in the next coming months which will increase the detection accuracy greatly.

Regards,
-Kevin

However, since we have not worked with this camera in-house, it might be a good idea to contact their support to confirm that th...

Re: Why didn't sighthound detect this stag?

Hello, Is this video clip exported from Sighthound Video? Briefly looking at it, it seems as if the video is very blurry which would cause issues finding movement. However, our Computer Vision team expects that motion should have been detected. Is this easy to reproduce? We will be standing by for y...
