Hello, Your software is great, since moving over to Sighthound I have caught almost all motion on my drive with very little false positives. HOWEVER Everyone in the home complains about the speed of the mobile app. I have timed it and it takes about 20secs to get the stream going in fullscreen mode....

I have sent an e-mail into support with a video. I have adjusted the stream quality as you suggested.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a genuine problem or if the app is just a little slow, but compared to some other apps it feels really slow to view my live camera. On average it takes about 5secs for the live feed to appear when opening the app, then when clicking onto a camera to view a larger image...

I would like to see a Camera Offline or Failed to connect alert.

I have the files exported to my backup server which at the moment is hard to organise. I would love the ability for Sighthound to place the exports into dated folders.

I would love the ability to zoom into a video, either live or recorded. It can help identify people or reading a number plate for example.

This seems to have resolved itself

I'm on a trial version of Sighthound. On my iPhone 6+ i can't see any clips at all. They just do not appear. It's as if nothing has been recorded. I do know clips have been recorded as if I go onto the web client or my iPad they all show up. I have tried removing the app and reinstalling it already....

Yup a ignore objects larger than would be handy for me too. When cars drive past with the lights on in the dark. Sighthound draws a large motion detection box around nothing. I believe if i could set it to ignore these large boxes it would decrease the amount of false alarms.
