I don't think your cpu will be able to but I also don't think you need a xeon to do it. I have a i7-4930k with nine 3mp cameras at 25 fps and it runs at about 70 to 80% cpu

I would like to have a form for viewing all the rules in the system that you can easily change the more common fields more without having to click on each camera and each rule. it would be nice when you have to change the path of were you save the clips.
