web page not starting

web page not starting

web page was working yesterday but today it is not. only major thing that happened was I rebooted for some Microsoft patches. I checked the service from within sighthound and it only says "starting". tried disabling sharing and then enabling again with the same result. also restarted sighthound with the same result. and ideas on how to fix this?

Hi rprobst,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. What version of Windows are you running? Have you tried changing the port number for remote access? It's possible there may be a port conflict. I'd be happy to take a look at your logs for anything unusual if you could submit a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem. Be sure to include a link to this post in the bug report.

I have windows 8.1. I tried changing the but it just keeps showing "starting" I looked for logs but haven't found them. where are they located?

You can send the logs by going to Help > Report a Problem.
