Camera grouping

I would like to be able to group rules together for rules. many of my cameras have overlapping (a few even have each other in their camera views) I would like to make a rule that say camera A see a person, it raises a variable by one for 5 mins. Camera B also see someone, then it also raises the variable by one. now that the variable is two the system will send an email saying it has seen an person. this would reduce a lot of my false positives that I have with shadows, bugs, tree limbs, etc.
