Re: why is remote access still so glacially slow?

Re: why is remote access still so glacially slow?

tried all. nada. Still horribly slow.
I tried competitor product (won't name names), and live feeds for same cameras come up in seconds. definitely not a hardware issue.

Re: Which camera is as good as Logitech 700e?

I switched from an all 700e system recently to other cameras + sighthound. I like Hikvision and lorex. Lorex has some nice cameras, reasonably priced, 4k resolution, very, very good night vision, and sound. why is remote access still so glacially slow?

I've tried everything, I'm ready to pack it in. I'm running the full paid version. I have a lot of cameras .. about 12, most are 4k (a mix of lorex/hikvision, mostly lorex). Re: selecting substream in lorex LNE8950ABW?

thanks.. and sorry, I got the model number wrong, its the lorex LNE8950a, single camera.
I'm able to connect to the main, hi-res 4k stream with no problem, I want to connect to the substreams, have no idea how. Any help?
