Re: Support Forum Shutting Down

I agree! There is no reason (for you)to keep a forum that plainly shows how you ignore customers, rarely release updates and pretend that there is not a new MacOS and a new M1 chip out there. Please hide all these facts , so that you can make us pour suckers continue to pay the yearly "fee".

Re: Mac Mini M1

I suspect this product is dead. The CEOs "personal email" that was sent to all customers, reassuring us that they were committed, seems no more than a scheme to have us pony up for one more year of support. There might be a guy or two working on it, occasionally, from the home-office, but ...

Re: Native support for Apple’s new M1 processor

+1 here! This is, to be honest, a dealbreaker. Securityspy is launching this now. I never fancied Secspy because of poor motion detection. This is what made me purchase Sighthound. However; if my chickens continue to be identified as people, and snow as cars, well........ bye,bye Also: Securityspy i...

Notifications are back as of 5 minutes ago.

If you guys at sighthound did something, Thank you.
If you guys did nothing and it reappeared on its won: I am concerned.

Any of the above: You guys need to be proactive in posting known problems.

Re: Notifications are down again.

Notifications are down here as well. Done all that I can on my end. Stopped working without any action on my part (I have not updated MacOS or anything that could explain it) The last time this happened it went on for weeks and then magically started working again. I blame Sighthound Inc. As for: &q...

Re: Push Alerts are down

I am very concerned over this. I've been without this essential feature for more than 3 days now. "We have replicated the issue" response from support is what we in the communication business refers to as an "holding statement", meant to buy time and give the impression (true or ...
