Re: DHCP & Time Server

DHCP & Time Server

This would make camera detection easier, as SH could ask the dhcp server for the ip address. Given the bandwidth of 2MP and higher cameras, they need to be in a separat...

I'm in the process of switching to SH, I don't know about most people but my machine will be a dedicated machine; so the answer would be ALL THAT IT NEEDS. I would also be willing to buy a high end nNidia card with support for Cuda or OpenCL. Side note, cuda would be a perfect fit for motion/people ...

Re: Lost all cameras

It would be nice if the answer were public rather than in a personal email..... I totally agree, the response should be copied and anything personally identifiable remove. This will save you time in the long run. It is a personal peeve of mine when people post "i've fixed it" and don't te...

Re: H.265

Ryan, you said "Sighthound Video does support H.265", is this correct?

If Sighthound doesn't, can i configure the camera like the lorex LNB8111BW 4K to use H.264 instead of H.265?
