DHCP & Time Server

Request that SH Video integrates a dhcp server and time server. Should have the ability to select the NIC(s) that have the cameras.

This would make camera detection easier, as SH could ask the dhcp server for the ip address.

Given the bandwidth of 2MP and higher cameras, they need to be in a separate network then household devices. Seems to me that SHV was designed to use the home network.

I would one up it one further and SH Video should become it's own Linux distribution, like Clear OS.
