I ended up turning off the camera and rebooting my computer and the camera is now connecting to Sighthound. But I can't get the remote access to work when I go to set it up it can't find the external address automatically. I submitted a report form the App.

My Sighthound was working fine but now having problems connecting to my camera. Sighthound finds my camera on camera setup screen and I can see the camera video feed, but fails to connect in the actual App. Any suggestions are gratefully appreciated.

+1 Yes I would also like this feature. Why? because when i'm sitting outside where the camera points to the notifications go off every few seconds. Very annoying and I have to turn off notifications on Sighthound. The very least you could do is what has been mentioned already, that we can have a set...

I just used the enter IP address manually and it worked.

Ok I solved it. The Sighthound program changed the external IP address on the remote access tab. I guess it renews the address once in awhile? Can I make it be fixed?

Hello,
I am having problems connecting remotely to my Sighthound camera using the iOS App. I get an Error code 1001. Connection timed out. Is anybody else having this problem?

Since I upgraded my iPhone and iPad to iOS 9.0.2 the Sighthound app is no longer letting me log in. Has anyone else had this problem?
