Hello I have my camera pointed to the front door area to detect when my cats enter or exit area. I call it the cat door bell as it alerts me on my mobile App when the cat is at the front door. However when we sit outside the patio the notifications are constantly going. I could disable the App when sitting outside but is there a rule such that I can set so the push notifications to happen only if movement is sensed after a certain amount of time. For example if new moment in the region is seen after 2 minutes of inaction then send notification.

maybe look for objects smaller than x, or disregard people, etc.

We don't have an option to only trigger the rule every x minutes, but there may be other ways to reduce the number of alerts. It's hard to say what changes will help without seeing your scene and rule. If you could send an image of your scene and rule configuration to [email protected] I'll be happy to give feedback.
