Can't connect to Sighthound video on iOS App

Hello,
I am having problems connecting remotely to my Sighthound camera using the iOS App. I get an Error code 1001. Connection timed out. Is anybody else having this problem?

Ok I solved it. The Sighthound program changed the external IP address on the remote access tab. I guess it renews the address once in awhile? Can I make it be fixed?

I'm glad to hear you found the solution. Unfortunately your networks external IP is controlled by your ISP. It may be worth contacting them to see if there's a way to have it renewed less often.
