+1 Agree. I may use a Mac for my main machine, but I use a FreeNAS box as my server with Docker containers (and therefore Linux).

Please please please. Add Linux support.

I'm having a similar issue. I'm not using VMs, but I am trying to store video on an internal HD, while booting off an SSD. It all works but autostart does not work because it thinks it is an attached storage drive, despite being connected via SATA.

Any chance that check could be a wee bit smarter?

Is it possible to set up cameras to just record to a NAS, and then set up a devoted computer with Sighthound? Basically tell Sighthound to connect to a camera by connecting to the NAS and looking at a video stream as it comes in. Or would I just have to use Sighthound to connect to the cameras and s...
