Devin,
Thanks for the quick reply. I am unable to reproduce the issue at will. It happens sporadically. The exact same rule will behave as expected most of the time. But then sometimes, out of the blue, I get a mobile app notification that there was motion detected on my driveway, when I know for a fact there was definitely NOT motion at that time. And then when I check Sighthound, there is nothing in the list of clips that corresponds with the notification. Sometimes it goes days without happening. Then sometimes, I will get 10-20 false notifications in a day. I have been a user since the Vitamin D days, so I'm pretty familiar with how the rule system works and am pretty sure it is not a misconfigured rule.
I have a suspicion the problem may have something to do with the "include objects visible longer than" setting, as I have noticed that the rules I notice the problem with all utilize this setting. But I have been unable to definitively narrow it down due to the sporadic nature of the problem. Is it possible that the notification/email/run command portion of the code might intermittently ignore the "include objects visible longer than" setting, and fire the notification too soon?
I will definitely send logs the next time I notice this happening.
