We need these features!

1. Faster loading when tapping on individual cameras, takes 10 seconds right now!
2. Pinch to zoom on live video and recorded video.
3. Better IFTTT integration that actually works!
4. Ability to create rules from the iPhone app.
5. Ability to rearrange camera views on the "all cameras" view (tap and hold just like iPhone home screen!)
6. Did I say FASTER LOADING when tapping on individual cameras? This is by far my biggest complaint with the app! The "all cameras" loads extremely fast, then when you tap an individual camera it take 10 seconds to load! Please fix this first!
7. GIF previews for saved clips on iPhone and computer app! (Dropcam does this and its amazing)

Thats it! If I had to pick only two: Faster loading of individual cameras and GIF saved clip previews!

Thanks for these. We agree with pretty much everything on your list and we're working on several you mention. What though do you mean by 'Better IFTTT integration that actually works?' We have dozens of recipes running that never have a problem. What's broken? Do you have the IFTTT box checked in the rule?

I can not get the IFTTT recipes to trigger 100% of the time, the video is being saved in a custom location, so it's obviously triggering the rule. Yes the IFTTT box is checked. They sometimes work and then they will stop after a few hours. Restarting the computer gets them working again (for a short amount of time)

Sorry to hear that. If you haven't already, next time the IFTTT trigger doesn't work for you go to Sighthound and Help > Report a Problem to send us the logs. We'll see if we can track down where the problem is.

Sent error report this morning, IFTTT did not trigger at 8:32 am, worked when I went to bed, didn't when I woke up.

Yesterday IFTTT was running perfectly, today it missed two important notifications, someone walked up to my door today twice and I was not notified! IFTTT can not be trusted running with sighthound. Ive had nothing but a hit and miss experience. Sighthound is recording the video for the event but not triggering the IFTTT notification. I submitted another log, please take a look and get back to me! I really need 100% reliable IFTTT notifications!

After installing the new update I'm still having issues. IFTTT is not triggering at all, even after I restart the computer (which used to fix the problem). This is ridiculously annoying. You keep getting bug reports from me because I'm still having issues. I use IFTTT for all my notifications, this is why I chose Sighthound, because of its IFTTT integration. Why doesn't it consistently work? I can't get it working at all now. I'm about to go on vacation and need this system working!
