If you are using web cams you could try using http://manycam.com/ (free version) with vitamind. I haven't used manycam before but from its website it looks like it will do what you want.

On http://www.vitamindinc.com/support/ref_guide_tips_02.html it says that the Kworld DVD Maker USB adapter will work and vitamind will see the camera with it.
