both have the same issue..

my user name is a mixture of Letters and Numbers..

just an add on.. rebooting the MAC fixes my issue but the issue returns..rebooting Sighthound does not fix my issue..

I recently had an issue where I was not able to remotely access. I had to go in the app setting to refresh the password and then was able to access clips and alerts from any device. Recently..
