No longer receiving mobile notifications

Hi, normally I receive mobile app notifications to 3 devices. They've all stopped working off & on for a few weeks now. Detection occurs and the alerts show up in the app itself, but no notifications are received on any mobile device. I've submitted the issue using tools->report a problem. Have ...

Mobile notifications suddenly slow

Hi, Mobile alerts have always been near-instantaneous but recently (~2 months) they are taking anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour to come through. I even replaced my Moto X phone with an LG G4 thinking it was perhaps just aging hardware, but it hasn't helped. Any ideas? More detail: Pro license, mob...

Re: Should I buy Sighthound Video?

I really like Sighthound but I admit my sentiments echo 303 and automate. False positives from tree shadows and passing vehicle lights have actually increased in number for me over the years (with no means of tweaking), and the time between notification receipt and actually being able to see either ...

Re: IFTTT -> Hue recently slow

Thanks Devin. IFTTT continues to be slow so I thought I'd switch to local triggering with WinHue, but I'm not having much luck there either. : ( With Sighthound 3.0 build 15984 on Windows 10 I've created a batch script: C:\Program Files (x86)\WinHue 3\whc.exe" -ip:192.168.x.x -l:3 -alert:lselec...

IFTTT -> Hue recently slow

I've had Sighthound sending IFTTT triggers for Philips Hue lights for a long time now and it has been working perfectly . See someone on the porch, flash the living room lights. Immediate and reliable responses. But recently (past 6-8 weeks) the lights are very slow to respond, i.e. anywhere from 2-...

Re: Walking behind obstacles creates multiple clips

This is one of the issues preventing me from renewing (and referring) for now. Another is the inability to "teach" false positives (tree limbs blowing in the wind, squirrels, passing headlight reflections etc), and the last is the inability to watch a clip at full screen (and/or zoom) on W...

Re: Walking behind obstacles creates multiple clips

Thanks Devin, I've played with that previously. All that ended up happening was the elimination of clips I want. I guess this is a feature request: - 'include X seconds before clip' - 'include X seconds after clip' - 'merge clips from the same camera with overlapping timestamps' Does this make sense?

Walking behind obstacles creates multiple clips

A single trigger moving behind fixed obstructions, like a person walking behind porch posts, creates multiple clips and triggers multiple consecutive alarms. Any way to avoid this?

Kind thanks!
