So a problem with a download gets a reply the same day, but foundational problems in the quality of the software and failing on what it promises to deliver get 0 replies ever?

Brought this up with sighthound 2 years ago. Still hasn't been fixed.

Sighthound is now my backup system since i've gone back to SecuritySpy for primary. It lacks the computer vision smarts of sighthound, but it's reliable and fast.

What are the guidelines around selling and transfer of a sighthound license? I see no information on it in the FAQ or ToS. My .lic file is obviously now my property but it contains my email address. I would like to sell this and transfer it to another person, removing my personal info from the file....

I suggest you do not. The app has grown stale and the developers are focusing on the enterprise/commercial technology. The problems I had two years ago are still happening everyday in the app. While the image detection and computer vision processing in Sighthound is superior to SecuritySpy and Sight...
