i have a question regarding how long items stay in the queue. i have 20mbps upload speed tested with speedtest.net, but the queue just sits there for a long time and doesn't upload.
is there anyway to kick start the upload immediately?
also i've had an issue where the same file is being uploaded over and over and not moving on to the next file in the queue...

VDV is always trying to upload, so a kickstart option doesn't exist (and shouldn't be necessary). Could you choose "Report a problem" from the help menu? This will submit us some logs and we can see if anything fishy is going on.
Same file uploaded repeatedly - do you have multiple FTP rules set up for the same camera? If so, and if they both match certain events, similar clips might be uploaded multiple times.
