FTP ISSUE

Good morning I've activated a basic licence, but there is a problem with video ftp upload (free host altervista.org). 'utf8' codec can't decode bites in position 17-19: invalid data. i've also attached a snapshot. can someone help me? thank you in advance :-)

Please check that you have correctly typed your host, user id, and that the vitamind directory exists. I just created an account there, used / as the directory, and the test succeeded.
