Speedup exporting and deleting clips

is there a way to speedup exporting and/or deleting clips? It is really slow. I am ranning a win7 dual core 3,4 GHz.
Or ... do I have to go after a faster pc? Thank you for reading - Don

Hi Donald,

In general you shouldn't need to delete video, but simply set the amount of cache to keep and disk space to use. This post might provide a bit of insight: https://vitamind.fogbugz.com/default.asp?video.1.307.2

I'm afraid there is no way to speed up clip export, the system will do so as quickly as it can with the resources available.
