Foscam FI8918W - vitamin d can't see it during install

I have a Foscam FI8918W up and running over my wireless network using the Foscam Browser GUI (tried IE/Chrome/Firefox)...no problem at all. Then downloaded the single camera free version of vitamin d. But I'm unable to install vitamin d. Each time I attempt to install I get the "Can Not Connect" message while trying to connect the Foscam FI8918W camera.

This article below was followed exactly, even specifying Camera type: Foscam FI8904W

What is the problem?

Any help would be much appreciated...right now I'm pretty much dead in the water.

Would you believe I just got this to work.....I was able to get into the Foscam Web UI with IE...using only the default Username of admin. A Password was not required.

But when setting up vitamin d it appears a password is indeed required.

After putting one in.....it worked without any problems.
