H.264 and iPhone/iPad support

by freshh20 » Wed Aug 31, 2011 10:05 am

Nicely compressed quality files with H.264 and the iOS support for iOS 5 this fall would be awesome with Apples upcoming Cloud system integrating all computers and handheld devices. I would be able to watch multiple stores in real time, not just for security, anywhere I travel.

Ditto to this request! Would really love to see an iphone/Ipad app. Be glad to pay some extra $$ for this functionality!
There are too many of those crappy, cheap analog DVRs from Swann, Q-See, and other random costco versions that include apps with crappy, ugly video, the most god-awful UIs and no motion detection.

Thanks
John

If running Vitamin D on a windows PC, why not use any remote desktop (RDP or Terminal Services) compatible app?

Here are some, but I cannot personally recommend one as better than another...
- http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/remote-d ... 62576?mt=8
- http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/jump-des ... 76095?mt=8
- http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/itap-rdp ... 62064?mt=8
- http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/desktop- ... 07570?mt=8

You can then login to the windows desktop remotely from your iThing and start Vitamin D video
