My camera can provide audio.
If the VDV can record audio.
Then I can completely replace the V5 with VDV.
(V5:recording software by my camera vendors, that can record audio)
Why not record the audio?

Note that in some jurisdictions (state laws) it is illegal to record audio.
In many jurisdictions (federal law) audio can only be recorded if it is clearly posted on signs at every entrance/exit.

I think people should take care of their own local laws by themselves, maybe a warning should be dispalyed on startup to let users know that there could be some local laws forbidding this...
Not everyone in the world lives in the United States, the software should not be limited because of a small group of people have strange laws...
I like this software so far, I hope this funcationality will be added.
