Any suggestions?

Is the Fi8904W a USB camera? (I guess I am too lazy to search for it to find out myself.) I have a two problems with USB cameras...
One particular camera will never allow more than one of that brand/model to be connected at the same time... apparently the driver does not invent a new name for each camera that is connected, they all get the same name and VDV gets really confused when the images swap from one camera to another and back and eventually Winders gives up with a Blue Screen of Death.
The other problem I have run into is that I am unable to connect more than 4 external USB cameras (all different brand/models) with the built-in camera in the laptop screen, simultaneously. The last camera that I attempt to enable just won't connect. I am suspecting this is some sort of limitation with either my USB hardware or something in Windows itself. It is as though there is a limit of 4 cameras total and even if I do not enable the built-in camera it is still taking up space in some table of allowable cameras and I cannot connect a 5th one. I have one network camera and 3 USB cameras enabled (and the built-in camera can be enabled) all simultaneously, and I suspect I can connect more network cameras without problems, but I cannot add one more USB camera.
So in your problem... Is it always just one particular camera that doesn't connect, or is it whichever is the last camera you try to connect? i.e.: can you disconnect one camera of the 3 that are working and then connect the 4th? If it then works can you then connect the one that you just disconnected and get it to work, or is it then the one that does not connect?
