Using Vitamin d with a Q-See QC804 NVR

by shaywood » Tue Nov 27, 2012 11:02 pm

I recently purchased a QC804 NVR made by Q-See. I'm curious whether this software can be configured to work with IP cameras attached to the QC804?

Hiya shaywood,

I've searched in the past for accessing Q-See streams with little luck (Another user was also searching - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=83&p=172). I just poked around again and have found a variety of people around the internet trying to get direct access to video streams with no luck. I'm afraid I have no solution at the moment. You might try contacting the manufacturer and asking them if they have a method to expose the video streams third party software, it is possible that your model or newer firmware for their devices support this now.
