Triggers erratically

I love this app. Having said that, I find that sometimes I get an email alert and sometimes not. I'm monitoring an area in a small bedroom. Also, sometimes I get an alert when there is no one in the room and the door has been closed. Any thoughts?

To begin addressing the two problems you mention:

Alerts when nothing happens - If you go back and do a search for all objects anywhere at these times, what videos are shown? There should be an object somewhere in the scene (surrounded by a box), and whatever this is will give us some insight. Depending on your camera this could be due to something like a large lighting change or autofocus adjustment.

No alert when something happens - Something might be clarified by the above links. It might also help to look at the video where you think an email should have been sent with the following options enabled from the view menu - "Show Boxes Around Objects", "Show Different Color Boxes", and "Show Region Zones".
