Hi,
i need to buy your pro version sw and i wanna use i with 5 640x480 webcam [2 logitech c120 and, i think, 3 microsoft cinema], but i want know if in future 16/9 aspect ratio will be supported.

While we don't list 16:9 options in the selection menu, cameras with other that and other formats will certainly still work. We never change the aspect ratio of video we receive from a camera. With webcams we query the camera for it's supported resolutions and choose the closest match to what the user selected in the drop down.

For example: I have a webcam that only records in 16:9 resolutions. I select to save video at 1600x1200. We do some back and forth with the camera and determine the closest resolution is 900p (1600x900). This is what we will record and save at. Similarly, picking 1280x1024 should result in 720p (1280x720). The caveat to this is that if the camera also had a 1600x1200 mode, maybe in which it clips the sides itself, we would pick that as the best match.
