VDV Basic Lic. activation

I cannot get my basic version to add a 2nd camera? It ask for the lic. file, I find it and it says congratulations you have activated basic addition, then when I try to add the 2nd cam, it does it all over again, ask for lic. file?

Sorry you are having trouble! From within the app can you choose the "Report a Problem" menu item to send us a bug report so we can see if anything odd is going on? Be sure to enter the email address you used during checkout so we can look up your license.
