Send email test times out with Qwest business DSL

Took me a while to figure this one out. If you are using Qwest DSL service at a business, you must call them to unblock port 25 (and port 21 if you want to upload via FTP). This only applies to business accounts, residential DSL service does not have these ports blocked.
